Class at HJS in Amsterdam 

 

"Know where you're going, experience where you are, and take with you what you leave behind."

 

From April 22 until April 26, 2013, Arno will be teaching the contemporary class at the HJS studio in Amsterdam. The class will be from 11.00 until 12.30.

 

 

 

The class will focus on the material that he has been developing in his choreographic work. During the dynamic class he’ll zoom in on using generated energy and dynamics, connecting movements, using weight shifts in order to direct movement, coordination between upper and lower body, and spatial relationships (especially to the floor) in order to create a greater awareness and presence while moving.
